2025 AI Hackathon
Hacker Guide

Form Your Team
- You can team up with any admitted hacker, with a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 4 members.
- Teams are officially declared when you submit your project on Devpost.
- Use the team formation channel on Discord to connect with potential teammates!
Important: In-person hackers can only form teams with other in-person hackers, and online hackers can only team up with other online hackers.

Submit Your Project
All projects must be submitted on Devpost by Sunday at 9:00 AM. The link will be provided later. Only teams with 2-4 members are eligible for submission.
Include a public GitHub repository with no commits before the hackathon starts. Ensure that all information on Devpost and GitHub remains unchanged after the deadline.
A demo video (maximum 3 minutes) is required. Upload it to YouTube and provide the link in your Devpost submission.
While you must prepare a presentation for judging, there is no need to submit it.

Mentor Support
Mentors are available both in-person at designated classrooms in the Myhal Centre and online via Discord! Their schedules will be shared during the opening ceremony, but we highly recommend using Discord for quick and easy support.
